The Mark Of True Wealth?

Here’s some thing

I posted on Better Networker:
my company page on BN

I don’t understand Facebook.
I wanted to comment on something T Harv Eckert said. Dont’ know how.
So here’s the thing.
He asked a question.
The mark of true wealth is determined by how much one can give away. True or true?

Well, here’s my comment.
The question is bullshit. I’m using strong language because I despise those that have such command over the weak-minded flaunting their ability.

There is no end to what you can give away. So everyone has true wealth. True or true?

Oh, I know. You thought he was talking about money. Maybe he was. NOT. Wealth isn’t defined by any thinking person in terms of only money. Therefore, he was referring to true wealth.

Any time I help someone, haven’t I given? When I give, does what I have given go away? Nothing ever goes away, it just changes form and ownership. Therefore, you can’t give something “away”.

Besides, if you agree that you reap what you sow, your sowing (giving) will lead to reaping (getting). The paradox lies in wishing to give, but not thinking that you’re giving only to receive something in return.

I have never understood those that give in expectation of calling in the favor. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

I have nothing against Mr Eckert and I loved his book “Secrets of The Millionaire Mind”. (title?) I don’t like the question he asked.

And for anyone reading this: When was the last time you gave willingly of yourself or your money with no possible chance you’d ever be compensated for the act? Just because someone needed your help. And you gave it.

By the way. Giving is not the highest good you can do on Earth.

Something bigger lies in your purpose. It isn’t handed down by divine decree upon your birth. You choose it.
