Why Don’t You Take A Day Off?

Well, I took my day off yesterday. Wait a minute. It was the day before. I really needed it. I can only go so long working the way I am without taking a break.

After a while I start to feel grouchy all the time and I find myself looking at the bad side of things rather than the good. And that ain’t cool.

The good news is, I got a bunch of work done. Made some videos, wrote some stuff.

Heck, I even found time to watch a movie. It was Anger Management with Jack Nicholson and Andrew Sandler. Oh yeah, Marisa Tomei was in it too.

Ok, I know I was supposed to be taking it easy and relaxing, but I just have lots of

fun when I’m working on my business. It’s actually very refreshing to write a blog post or make a video. Especially because you know there are people out there who will appreciate it.

I really don’t get a lot of that on my job. I do from the soldiers, but not so much from company management, if you know what I mean.

In closing I’d like to recommend that you take a day off. Right in the middle of the week. Don’t worry, your job will still be there when you get back. You won’ believe the feeling of being in control of your life that will come over you.

And it’s a great feeling, too.

Besides, you deserve a break, don’t you? Be good to yourself.

You’ll be glad you did.
