What Does Home Business Success Have to do With a Crazy Group of Trend Setters, DNA Technology and the Fountain of Youth?
Yeah, they’re a crazy group of individuals.
In the past 60 years they’ve created a toy industry boom, fast food restaurant boom, college boom, the 401 K boom to name a few.
But it doesn’t stop there…
Of course I’m talking about baby boomers.
As they’ve grown up they’ve been creating booms in various industries…
The million-dollar question is – What’s next?
As baby boomers get older they’re starting to realize they’re not immortal. The years of hard work, raising kids, dinners from a drive through and hours sitting in front of the TV instead of working out are taking their toll.
Where will they turn?
Quick question…
If you could go back in time and buy Microsoft, Wal-Mart or Google stock before it became big, would you? If you could you wouldn’t have to worry about money…
You’d be stinking rich!
It’s too late for you to go back, but keep that thought in mind as you continue reading.
Immortality and the fountain of youth…
Long ago, people believed that a fountain of youth existed that would reverse aging and make you young again.
There may not be a real “fountain” of youth, but the idea of living a longer, healthier and more youthful life remains.
People have turned to cosmetic surgery, trendy exercise videos, the latest pills in a bottle, super foods and magic creams to turn back the clock.
And it’s not just baby boomers…
Even young people are starting to see that the average diet of burgers and fries is not providing them with the nutrition they need.
As a result…
Nutritional supplements fly off the grocery store shelves. But there’s a problem.
Before I tell you the problem…
… I must confess I am in no way a nutritionist or health expert. But I think you’ll agree that the average person’s diet (including my own) is lacking in the way of nutrition.
The problem is…
Nutritional information is confusing.
What was once good for you is now bad and vice versa.
Now there are entire stores with rows and rows of shelves filled with nutritional supplements and vitamins.
Do you really know what supplements are right for your unique body?
I’ve been a weight lifter for many years. I’d say I have an above average interest in supplements because I want to get the most out of my workouts.
But even I know I’m really just guessing at what vitamins and minerals my body needs.
It comes down to this… you and I are different and when it comes to nutrition.
…One size does not fit all
What works best for me may not work at all for you. If we lived in a one-size-fits-all world, there wouldn’t be malls filled with 30 clothing stores, 500 different restaurants or a thousand different channels on TV.
We’d all be watching, eating and wearing the same things.
The same goes for nutrition.
And here’s why.
You and I have 99.1% similar DNA, the different .9% is what makes you unique.
That .9% determines your hair color, height and size.
I was telling my friends 10 years ago that someday you’d be able to have food made specifically for you based on your DNA profile.
I wasn’t dead on – but I wasn’t completely wrong.
Because now scientists are able to examine that .9% of your unique DNA and tell you what your body needs.
Medical science is advancing so fast it can seem like what you read is out of a science fiction novel.
But one thing is for sure…

Simply starting a business with a strong need doesn’t guarantee your success.
Without a system that attracts entrepreneurs who are looking to start a business in your industry, you have no business at all. It’s just an expensive hobby.

Most home business companies don’t come with a turnkey system for new business owners to follow. That’s a good thing because it creates an opportunity for those of us who do have an effective system.

The only thing you’ll have to do is call your new team members and make sure they start off on the right foot.
I figure you probably don’t know a large number of baby boomers who are looking for ways to feel better, live longer and make more money.
At least not enough of them to build a successful home business on.
That’s okay. Neither do I.
And you’re probably not interested in stalking the nutrition aisle at your favorite grocery store looking for your next home business leader. It just doesn’t work that way anymore. I’m not sure it ever did.
For sure, the last thing you want to do is chase your family and friends around, telling them how you’re gonna be rich, and they can, too. At best they may become product users. That’s great. But you’ve probably learned by now – not everyone is cut out to run a home business.
And that’s okay.
You can find those people who are ready to start a business and help them be successful. I’ll show you how.

You have to replace bad habits that are not serving your business (or yourself) with positive, successful habits. Instead of turning on the TV and playing couch potato when you get home, you’ll have to read, listen to an audio, or watch a video on business.
You’ll have to learn and practice a new marketing skill in your free time instead of _______________. (fill in the blank)
A part time business will produce part time results. If part-time is all you have, that’s fine – what you choose to do with your “part time” will determine how fast your part time business becomes a “full-time” business.
If you don’t “get it” you jump from business to business, you work on your business when you feel like it, and you spend more time looking for a short cut than doing what needs to be done.
If that sounds like you, you should stop and consider why you haven’t found success yet. In most cases it’s not the business that didn’t work.

Every day you resist opportunity and resist taking action you fall deeper and deeper into a complacent mind-set and become more apathetic.
It also becomes harder to break free from this state and create positive change.
In many cases it will take a life-changing incident or a tremendous amount of personal pain before you finally take action.
If earning a living with a home business isn’t your passion – maybe you should look for something else. Something that excites you and makes you jump out of bed in the morning with a smile on your face.
I say that knowing full well it might make you close this letter and start looking for something else. If starting a successful home business is NOT what you want, and you’re not committed to making it happen no matter what, then it won’t do either one of us any good to have you start your business with me.
