Hey, how's it going?
I just got back from the Marshall Sylver event over the past few days and I've been thinking about some stuff and getting ready to do some new things.
While I was there, Marshall introduced us to this coffee, and he showed us how he lost a bunch of weight and everything.
But as a trucker, the things I'm thinking about, the magic words are "more energy" and "kill your cravings". No appetite, so you're not hungry all the time.
Because as you can imagine, when you're driving a big rig, you don't want to be sleepy at all.
A lot of times, you'll eat a sandwich or whatever while you're driving. But if you're always driving then you're always where you are when you eat. So you get to start thinking you're hungry all the time. So you eat something, and then what happens? You get sleepy.
Those are the two things. Having energy and not being hungry all the time.
I listened to what he had to say about it, and he showed us these pictures... unbelievable. He lost, I don't know, 50 pounds over a few months.
The thing that was interesting, he said that all he did was drink this coffee. He didn't change any habits or anything.
Although he did add one thing. He said because he wasn't hungry, he was just eating less at meals and not eating as often.
It stands to reason if you eat less, you'll lose weight.
I tried the coffee and I'm blown away by it. I'm still in the experimental phase. You know how you get something new, and you'll try it at different times and different combinations and stuff like that.
But the way it looks to me, I'll be saving a ton of money on energy drinks and all these other things that I use now for that purpose. To maintain energy while killing hunger or appetite or cravings. However you want to put it.
I just found it very interesting, and kind of exciting too. Because I'll save a ton of money on what I'm doing now. I'll let you know how that works as it goes along.
I'd also like to touch on the profound effect that the Turning Point seminar had, not just on me, but my girl Rockit, also.
There's some big changes if you really get into it and you apply what happened and learn how to change patterns and so on.
That's it. We're feeling the effects still strongly, even though we're back home. The objective now, of course, is to keep that going forever and build on it as we go.
So that's what we're doing and so far so good.
